Recive PhD in 2012 from institute of physics, CAS; then a postdoctoral fellow at Peking University from 2013 to 2016, as a research assistant in 2016; currently, he is a associate professor of institute of physics, CAS

FTIR, PPMS, scanning near-field optical microscopy, rapid thermal processing system, helium-ion microscope, atomic force microscope, ellipsometer

● Fabrication methods and techniques for artificial micro-/nanosctructures
● The microscopic mechanism of biomimetic interface
● The fabrication and novel properties of Van der Waals hetrojunctions based on 2D materials
